Exciting Opportunity - Sales Hunter Position at KraftblockKey Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Kraftblock. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to uncover potential applications for our Thermal battery solution.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales journey.
  • Assisting in our expansion efforts across Europe.
  • Taking ownership of achieving sales objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience within the energy production, climate technologies, oil & gas, steel manufacturing, or large industrial sector.
  • An engineering degree or its equivalent.
  • Over 5 years of professional background in technical sales or business development.
  • Strong business insight and grasp of system-level requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of process engineering and the associated EPC business.
  • Prior exposure to working with renewable and innovative energy technologies.
  • Familiarity with major energy consumers and heavy industries like chemicals, oil & gas, steel, and food production.
  • High level of personal accountability, capable of working both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Driven by goals, with a motivated approach and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, Spanish, and/or French languages.
