Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at JRS Retttenmaier France. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationships in Europe and Asia, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our international customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Europe and Asia, working closely with our marketing and product development teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring that our sales strategies are informed and effective.
- Product Development: Collaborate with our product development team to develop and launch new products and services that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
