Internship in Launch Logistics/Project Management (all genders)
The global warehouse and transportation division at Bayer undertakes a range of strategic and operational initiatives within the pharmaceutical and consumer health supply chain. The Launch Logistics team focuses on the supply chain and transportation setup for new products, tackling specific challenges related to digital, technical, and sustainable solutions. Our team collaborates across functions early in the product development phase to ensure optimal and sustainable transportation and storage of new products.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING GOALS
- Assist the team with project management tasks in the launch logistics domain.
- Help develop project plans, track project milestones, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Prepare presentations and provide status updates.
- Support data analysis and evaluation, presenting findings clearly and concisely. Conduct internal and external research on various topics, particularly in digital, technical, and sustainable transport solutions for new Bayer products.
WHO YOU ARE
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in project management within an international context is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest and initial experience in supply chain management and transportation & warehousing.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); familiarity with analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work creatively, analytically, and in an organized manner. Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate with international colleagues across various functions and disciplines.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
