Bayer is a global leader in the pharmaceutical and consumer health industries, and we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Warehouse and Transportation department as an Intern in Launch Logistics/Project Management.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will support project management in the area of launch logistics, assisting in the development of project plans, monitoring project progress, and delivering high-quality results. You will also have the opportunity to engage in cross-functional exchanges early in the product development process to ensure that new products are transported and stored based on the best and most sustainable solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the team in project management, focusing on launch logistics and supply chain management
  • Assist in developing project plans, monitoring progress, and delivering results
  • Prepare presentations and status updates to keep stakeholders informed
  • Support data analysis and evaluation, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Conduct internal and external research on various topics, particularly in the field of digital, technical, and sustainable transport solutions for new Bayer products
