Senior Principal Engineer for Testing Technologies

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global testing initiatives for automotive high power components including IGBTs, diodes, and SiC MOSFETs.
- Supervise testing processes from wafer level through to product level for automotive high voltage bare die and discrete components.
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to test development engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Innovate and implement new testing methodologies and tools to align with product and customer specifications.
- Lead test enhancement programs and realization projects in collaboration with development and production teams.
- Provide expertise in testing to contribute to product development, yield engineering, and focus teams.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree, diploma, or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in test engineering and development for semiconductor devices.
- Comprehensive technical expertise in test development for high power semiconductor devices.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and mentor test development engineers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and German.
