Senior Test Development Engineer

At Infineon Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team in Dresden, Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and lead worldwide testing activities for automotive high-power products with IGBTs, diodes, and SiC MOSFETs.
- Monitor testing implementation from wafer level to product level for automotive high-voltage bare die and discrete products.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to test development engineers for timely project completion.
- Develop and introduce new testing methodologies and tools to meet product and customer requirements.
- Drive test improvement programs and realization projects with development and production teams.
- Contribute to product development, yield engineering, and focus teams with testing expertise.
- Master's, diploma, or PhD degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field of study.
- At least 6 years of experience in test engineering and test development for semiconductor devices.
- Extensive technical knowledge in test development for high-power semiconductor devices.
- Strong conceptual leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor test development engineers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
