Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies in Dresden, Germany. As a key member of our High-Voltage Test Engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating worldwide testing activities for automotive high power products with IGBTs, diodes, and SiC MOSFETs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing activities for automotive high power products with IGBTs, diodes, and SiC MOSFETs
  • Monitor testing implementation from wafer level to product level for automotive high voltage bare die and discrete products
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to test development engineers for timely project completion
  • Develop and introduce new testing methodologies and tools to meet product and customer requirements
  • Drive test improvement programs and realization projects with development and production teams
  • Contribute to product development, yield engineering, and focus teams with testing expertise
Requirements
  • Master's, diploma, or PhD degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field of study
  • At least 6 years of experience in test engineering and test development semiconductor devices
  • Extensive technical knowledge in test development for high power semiconductor devices
  • Strong conceptual leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor test development engineers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
