Senior Principal Engineer for Testing Technologies

Role Overview:
In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Oversee global testing initiatives for automotive high power components, including IGBTs, diodes, and SiC MOSFETs.
  • Supervise the testing process from wafer level through to product level for automotive high voltage bare die and discrete components.
  • Offer technical leadership and mentorship to test development engineers to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Innovate and implement new testing methodologies and tools to align with product specifications and customer needs.
  • Lead test enhancement programs and realization projects in collaboration with development and production teams.
  • Support product development, yield engineering, and focus teams with your testing expertise.

Qualifications:
You are well-prepared for this role if you possess:

  • A Master's degree, diploma, or PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in test engineering and development of semiconductor devices.
  • In-depth technical knowledge in testing high power semiconductor devices.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor test development engineers.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and German.
