Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Executive Assistant (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkten in Inside Sales und Marketing, um unsere Kunden zu unterstützen und unsere Verkaufsstrategien zu optimieren.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verwaltung von Verkaufsdaten und CRM-Systemen: Du unterstützt unseren Gründer und unseren Direktvertrieb bei der Verwaltung von Kundenkontakten, Verkaufsprozessen und Verkaufsdaten und pflegst diese in unseren CRM-Systemen.
  • Remote Kundenbetreuung: Du pflegst die bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen, erstellst Angebote für Vertragsverlängerungen und kümmerst Dich um die Rechnungsstellung bis hin zum Zahlungseingang.
  • Remote Partnerbetreuung: Du unterstützt unsere Beratungspartner und unsere Software-Reseller bei der Angebotserstellung und verfolgst die Implementierungsprojekte unserer Partner in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projektleitern nach, bis zur Rechnungsstellung und zum Zahlungseingang.
  • Upselling und Cross-Selling: Du unterstützt unseren Gründer und unseren Direktvertrieb durch Upselling und Cross-Selling zusätzliche Umsätze zu generieren.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie dem Marketing, dem Direktvertrieb, den Projektleitern unserer Roll-out Projekte und der Produktentwicklung zusammen, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und den Verkaufsprozess zu unterstützen.
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder IT-Ausbildung oder Zusatzqualifikation in einem dieser Bereiche.
  • IT-Affinität, sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse, erste Erfahrungen in der Nutzung von CRM-Systemen und ERP-Systemen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
