Store Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Burberry. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, inventory, and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in maintaining accurate stock levels and managing inventory control procedures.
- Ensure efficient cash handling and reconciliation processes are in place.
- Collaborate with the Retail Standards and Operations team to resolve store issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes to minimize losses and optimize store operations.
- Lead the stockroom team and provide guidance on inventory management and stockroom procedures.
- Manage aftersales processes, including alterations, repairs, and personalization.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to manage the Asset and Profit Protection team to reduce shrinkage.
- Support the store manager with all aspects of inventory control and stock-related collaboration with marketing, client engagement, merchandising, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business.
- 1-2 years of management experience.
- Previous administration experience and cash handling experience.
- Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
