**Job Summary:**

Casco Schoeller GmbH and Casco Holdings GmbH, part of an international American conglomerate, are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to support their sales team in Frankfurt am Main.

As a Key Account Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain key relationships with our most important clients in the automotive industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the current commercial business and developing new business opportunities in automotive electronics.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing strategic solutions to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Driving growth and revenue for the company while building valuable connections in the industry.
  • Leading and coordinating customer interface, including meetings, presentations, and internet communication.
  • Managing pricing and margins, tracking and managing product and tooling purchase orders, and providing on-time quotations and required customer documentation.
  • Communicating customer requests internally to ensure timely response and supporting other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Following the Casco sales process to ensure compliance with IATF and other quality process requirements.
  • Developing new business opportunities and driving new business generation to achieve sales growth objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrated success in opening new business for the Automotive Market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing profitable automotive accounts.
  • Experience with European OEMs in Light Vehicle and Heavy Vehicle Industry, with German or French OEMs as an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, team player, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and self-organization skills.
  • Tenure in Automotive processes, requirements, and methodologies.
  • Commercial aptitude and technical/engineering aptitude.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in a technical major as an asset.
  • Legal aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency in German, English, and French as an asset.
  • Willingness to travel.
