Marketing Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at 360T. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive business growth and support our Sales Enablement Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global sales teams and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with our Sales Enablement Strategy
- Manage and implement multichannel sales enablement, product marketing, and social media campaigns
- Design and create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media posts
- Plan and conduct annual client surveys to measure customer satisfaction
- Leverage CRM to implement Sales Enablement Strategy
- Support the Head of Marketing with daily business operations
Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
- Strong design skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign, and Adobe
- Significant experience in integrated B2B marketing
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and team player
- Love for the financial markets and industry knowledge
- Deep knowledge and experience in developing content-based, client-centric, and sales-supporting marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled at managing resources to effectively achieve marketing goals
- Strong project management skills to oversee production workflow, timelines, and schedules
- Experienced in a cross-cultural context
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
