About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at EU019 Vishay Electronic GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the region
  • Manage and develop a team of recruitment specialists to support our hiring needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored recruitment solutions
  • Implement best practice initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and improve time-to-hire metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • Subject matter expertise in advanced research and sourcing skills, including Boolean search techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team
  • Previous experience with Workday is a plus
