Position Overview:

This role offers a hybrid working schedule, allowing flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a specialist and consultant in managing comprehensive recruitment processes, which includes clarifying job specifications, sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates while ensuring a premium candidate experience for both active and passive applicants.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition initiatives and team for Vishay Europe, crafting innovative talent sourcing strategies and passive recruitment programs to effectively build internal and external talent pipelines for various roles.
  • Lead initiatives that embody best practices in talent acquisition for Vishay Europe, enhancing both internal and external talent operations and improving the candidate experience.
  • Define, implement, and maintain recruitment policies, guidelines, tools, and services tailored for the European region.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Global HR team to assess hiring requirements, perform workforce analysis, and devise recruitment strategies that align with Vishay's organizational objectives.
  • Enhance Vishay's reputation as an employer of choice through impactful employer branding initiatives across Europe.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights, along with participation in external networking events, to gain a better understanding of the external market and identify internal enhancements necessary for effective talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition domain, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
  • Expertise in advanced research and sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, and alternative search methods.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and consistently re-prioritize tasks.
  • Proven success in delivering results within a matrixed global organization.
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication in both German and English.
  • Preferred experience in leading and developing a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Familiarity with Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
