About Our Journey
Since the launch of Project Grenadier in 2017, initiated by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, INEOS Automotive has experienced substantial growth. We have evolved from a nascent project to a robust enterprise, achieving significant milestones along the way. In the face of global challenges, we successfully transformed our vision into a tangible prototype and introduced the INEOS Grenadier to the market within a remarkable five-year timeline. As we celebrate the start of customer deliveries for the INEOS Grenadier, we are excited about the upcoming launch of our first all-electric vehicle.

Position Overview
Your Role: You will be responsible for managing payment processes and overseeing expenses by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and reconcile processed work entries.
- Analyze and allocate expenses to the appropriate accounts or cost centers.
- Monitor vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct credit control activities and manage debt recovery.
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts and financial reports.
- Handle VAT and CIS tax submissions.
- Manage accounting ledgers and transaction records.
- Process invoices for sales, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements.
- Maintain historical records and documentation.
- Manage petty cash and report sales taxes.
- Ensure confidentiality of the organization's financial information.
- Stay informed on accounting practices through ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles.
- Ability to monitor budget expenses with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in accounting functions and vendor relations.
- Skilled in data entry, mathematics, and computer operations.
- ATT accreditation or equivalent educational background preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
