Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Client Relationships: Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their recruitment needs are met.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring agreements are in line with company standards.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and sales.
  • Experience in recruitment agencies is a plus.
  • Leadership experience or experience mentoring team members.
  • Strong industry and market knowledge.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Outgoing, confident, and strong communication skills.
  • Motivated by fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and time management.
