Account Development Manager - VIP Aviation (m/w/d)

I. K. Hofmann GmbH, a leading provider of aviation services, is seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager - VIP Aviation to join their team in Nürnberg.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and influential individuals in the aviation industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and contracts for private jet rentals
  • Plan and coordinate flights to meet the unique needs and preferences of VIP clients
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless flight operations
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably in the aviation or luxury goods sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor
  • Strong service orientation and exceptional organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
