Account Development Manager - VIP Aviation (m/w/d)
I. K. Hofmann GmbH, a leading provider of aviation services, is seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager - VIP Aviation to join their team in Nürnberg.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and influential individuals in the aviation industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions and contracts for private jet rentals
- Plan and coordinate flights to meet the unique needs and preferences of VIP clients
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless flight operations
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Several years of sales experience, preferably in the aviation or luxury goods sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor
- Strong service orientation and exceptional organizational skills
- Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
