The primary goal of the Inside Sales Client Manager is to manage and expand customer relationships while driving the growth and renewal of all solutions within assigned customer segments.

Would you like to be part of our team? We are looking for an ambitious and passionate INSIDE SALES CLIENT MANAGER.

Your responsibilities include:

Being a passionate customer advocate with a strong interest in customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining customer relationships while demonstrating knowledge of their environment. Ensuring consistent customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer purchase process by developing, implementing, and managing resources for each customer contract. Focusing on managing and increasing revenue and expansion across all solution areas for assigned customers. Utilizing excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Leveraging NTT's sales tools and methodologies to manage customers, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts effectively.

What you bring:

Required experience: 2 - 4 years in a similar environment. Experience in sales and customer service is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of sales management along with a good understanding of the business, procurement, and technology market is desirable but not essential. Strong analytical thinking and business acumen. Passionate, proactive, and independent with a drive for success. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in German at a native level and English skills.
