About the Job

This is a challenging opportunity to lead a project team in the field of network strengthening and grid expansion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of project coordinators and engineers to ensure the successful execution of the project
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other project partners
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
