About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
