Sales Associate with Representation Function

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at PENNY. As a Sales Associate with Representation Function, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the store when the management is absent.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist and support customers in the store and at the checkout, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain fully stocked shelves and ensure product quality and freshness, adhering to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management and other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer-Friendly: Customer-friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
