Director of Strategic Transformation

As a key member of the EMEA Strategic Transformation team for Retail, this position is designed to enhance, support, and elevate Blue Yonder's leadership role in delivering processes and solutions tailored for the Retail sector. The objective is to create value for Blue Yonder's clients by ensuring seamless alignment between their operational processes, workforce, and Blue Yonder's technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, demonstrating extensive knowledge in Retail to guide clients towards optimized processes that enhance profitability, resource utilization, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Employ advanced facilitation techniques to assist clients in uncovering solutions and opportunities related to business processes, resource management, and Blue Yonder's technological capabilities.
  • Stay informed about current industry best practices and position yourself as a thought leader in supply chain methodologies.
  • Contribute to driving significant software and service sales by showcasing the value of proposed solutions and outlining a strategic roadmap to facilitate client success.
  • Collaborate with Principal and Senior Enterprise Architects to develop Transformation 'Blueprints' tailored for various industry verticals (e.g., Grocery, Soft/Hard Lines, Energy & Convenience).
  • Foster strong relationships with sales, management, consulting, customer support, and product management teams to secure and present relevant proposal information to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and publications for relevant industry conferences and forums.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex, tier 1 retail transformation initiatives.
  • Lead by example - promote a proactive, cross-functional culture within the Blue Yonder Customer Success and Delivery organization.
  • Proficiency in both English and German is required.
