As we prepare for our next growth phase, we seek an energetic Chief of Staff to spearhead and facilitate our strategic endeavors.

Your Role

Having experience as an entrepreneur, founder's associate, or in venture capital/private equity, you recognize the thrill and complexities of balancing expansion with organizational culture. In the capacity of Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in guiding Plancraft towards its ambition of becoming Europe's foremost contractor OS. You will drive growth by establishing and communicating objectives, ensuring the effective realization of our vision and mission across all departments. While initiating strategic projects with the leadership team, you will inspire our workforce and ensure alignment throughout the organization, enabling us to maintain our ambition and reach new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Growth and Mindset: spearhead the formulation and execution of growth strategies, cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement and growth mindset throughout the organization, and align teams with growth targets.
  • Defining Strategic Initiatives and Roadmaps: partner with the CEO and executive team to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, develop and uphold strategic roadmaps with our teams, and monitor and report on the advancement of these initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Promoting a Culture of Hands-On Work and High Aspirations: act as a bridge between staff and leadership, articulating the company vision and evaluating employee well-being with transparency and empathy. Encourage a culture of hands-on work, ensuring that all team members are engaged and focused on achieving ambitious goals. Lead by example, showcasing a grounded approach and strong commitment.
  • Identifying Untapped Potential: actively seek out unexplored opportunities within our business. Operational excellence is your priority, and you aim to inspire everyone to achieve their best selves.
Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced, autonomous role.
  • Strong expertise in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and fostering growth.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, manage stress, and maintain focus amidst challenges.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
