Your Role

Having a background as an entrepreneur, founder's associate, or in venture capital/private equity, you recognize the thrill and challenges of harmonizing growth with company culture. In the role of Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in guiding Plancraft towards becoming Europe's top contractor OS. You will drive growth by establishing and communicating objectives, ensuring the effective realization of our vision and mission across all departments. While initiating strategic projects with the leadership team, you will inspire our organization and ensure alignment among all members. This approach will help us maintain our ambition and strive for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering Growth and Mindset: Lead the creation and execution of growth strategies, nurture a culture of continuous improvement, and align teams with growth objectives.
  • Defining Strategic Initiatives and Roadmaps: Work alongside the CEO and executive team to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, and monitor progress while making necessary adjustments.
  • Promoting a Culture of Engagement and High Aspirations: Act as a bridge between staff and leadership, conveying the company vision and assessing employee well-being with transparency and empathy. Encourage a hands-on work culture, ensuring all team members are engaged and focused on achieving ambitious goals. Lead by example, showcasing a grounded approach and strong commitment.
  • Identifying Untapped Opportunities: Seek out unexploited potentials within our operations. You prioritize operational excellence and inspire others to pursue their best selves.
Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced and autonomous role.
  • Strong expertise in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and facilitating growth.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, manage stress, and maintain focus amid challenges.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
