SanData IT-Gruppe is a privately-owned, independent service provider for professional IT infrastructure since 1981. Our company has a strong financial foundation and continuous growth. In 2022, we were able to satisfy our customers with our expertise and experience, attract qualified employees, and increase our revenue. Today, our IT system house has around 480 employees. Our revenue in the previous business year was 145 million euros. The course for a successful future has been set.

Your Tasks
  • Concept and administration of the IT infrastructure
  • Planning, installation, and commissioning of client and server infrastructure
  • Installation, monitoring, and diagnosis of IT systems from various technology areas, such as virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V, network components (Cisco), and client systems
  • Ensuring the availability and reliability of the entire IT infrastructure
  • Packaging of software (SCCM/MECM)
  • Creation and monitoring of runbooks and automations through Orchestrator
  • Administration of virtual and physical server landscapes
  • Administration of network infrastructure
  • Processing of incidents and continuous improvement of documentation
  • Adherence to defined processes according to ITIL
Your Profile
  • A corresponding education (Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration / IT-Systemelektroniker) with professional experience
  • Several years of experience with Windows Server, including client management, client support (troubleshooting), and network topology (TCP/IP)
  • Several years of experience in system administration in the Microsoft environment (Windows 10/11 clients, Windows Server 2016/2019, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Hyper-V, MECM/SCCM, Orchestrator)
  • Administration of Symantec Endpoint Protection
  • Very good German and good English skills
