Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Relation Team Member to join our team at the Romantik Hotel Walhalla. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless service, and promoting our hotel's unique charm and character.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and hosting guests, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
  • Coordinating concierge services, including restaurant reservations, directions, and special requests
  • Managing guest complaints and feedback, providing solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Preparing and sending personalized welcome letters and gifts
  • Maintaining accurate guest records and databases
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant team members
  • Organizing special arrangements and events for guests
  • Conducting check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Coordinating feedback and quality management processes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Accepting reservations on behalf of the reservations team

Requirements

  • Completed education in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English languages
  • Positive attitude, natural friendliness, and a guest-oriented approach
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work with national and international guests
