About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Consultant to join our team at Sofico. As a key member of our customer-facing unit, you will be responsible for delivering solutions to our customers and ensuring their success with our ERP software, Miles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation and support.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Several years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role, with a strong background in business analysis and configuration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
