Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager (m/w/d) für unseren renommierten Mandanten aus dem Bereich grüner Wasserstoff / Erneuerbare Energien. Der künftige Stelleninhaber (m/w/d) wird aktiv an der Gestaltung der Energiewende in Form von spannenden Transformationsprojekten für die deutsche Industrie mitarbeiten.

Idealerweise wohnen Sie im Großraum Berlin / Großraum Hamburg / Norddeutschland.

Das Mandat ermöglicht Ihnen selbstverständlich auch eine höchstmögliche Flexibilität durch anteiliges mobiles Arbeiten.

Aufgaben
  • Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder für die maßgeschneiderten H2-Industrielösungen
  • Bewertung von Marktchancen und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Wasserstofflösungen für die verschiedenen deutschen Industriesegmente
  • Entwicklung von H2-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Partnerunternehmen
  • Professionelle Steuerung der Projekte bis zur Investitionsentscheidung hinsichtlich Machbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Ausbau der Projektpipeline durch aktives Networking (Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen, Fachmessen)
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, oder Vergleichbares
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Business Development für anspruchsvolle EPC Projekte im industriellen Umfeld
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse aus den Bereichen Wasserstofferzeugung / industrieller Einsatz von Wasserstoff
  • Aktiver Netzwerker (m/w/d) mit Freunden an der Entwicklung neuer Projektideen, der Erschließung neuer Geschäftspotentiale und dem Aufbau von Netzwerken
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 3-5 Tage / Monat)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse
