Digital Incubation Manager (m/f/d)

We invite you to consider a role as a Digital Incubation Manager (m/f/d), where you will work alongside our Digital Incubation Lab team on thrilling technological advancements developed in partnership with esteemed industrial firms.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to our innovation, digital transformation, and strategic initiatives utilizing state-of-the-art methodologies.
- Conduct market assessments, engage with key industry stakeholders, and forge enduring partnerships.
- Oversee project management and ensure the successful execution of industrial initiatives with prominent partners.
- Collaborate with industry associates to create and validate novel business concepts as a unified team.
- Manage innovations in products, services, and business models in conjunction with our clients and partners.
- Participate in various incubation initiatives, taking on leadership roles and potentially serving as a mentor.
Qualifications We Seek
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates from other fields are encouraged to apply.
- Initial professional experience in consulting, innovation, digitalization, or startup environments is desirable.
- Proficiency in lean startup methodologies, design thinking, and agile practices, along with excellent communication skills and a confident presence.
- A genuine enthusiasm for driving innovation and engaging industry contacts in collaborative ventures.
