Digital Incubation Manager (m/f/d)
We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Digital Incubation Manager. As a key member of our Digital Incubation Lab, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and digitalization across various industries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You'll support our innovation and digitalization projects using cutting-edge methodologies and tools.
- You'll evaluate market trends, establish relationships with industry partners, and secure long-term collaborations.
- You'll lead project management and implementation for industrial projects with renowned partners like Bosch and Deichmann.
- You'll co-lead incubation programs and act as a coach, guiding teams through the development and validation of new business ideas.
- You'll oversee product, service, and business model innovations in close collaboration with our customers and partners.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Initial professional experience in consulting, innovation, digitization, or the start-up environment.
- Methodological expertise in lean startup approaches, design thinking, and agile methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident demeanor.
- A passion for innovation and convincing industry contacts to collaborate on new projects.
