About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Innovation Manager to join our team at the August-Wilhelm Scheer Institut. As a key member of our Digital Incubation Lab, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and digitalization projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of innovative projects using cutting-edge methodologies and tools.
- Evaluate market trends and establish strong relationships with industry partners to drive long-term collaborations.
- Lead project management and implementation of industrial projects with renowned partners, such as Bosch or Deichmann.
- Collaborate with our industry partners to develop and validate new business ideas.
- Oversee product, service, and business model innovations in close collaboration with our customers and partners.
- Co-lead incubation programs, such as the Unternehmergeist-Saar program, and act as a coach to support entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
Requirements
- Completed degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a comparable focus.
- Initial professional experience in consulting, innovation, digitization, or the start-up environment.
- Methodological experience with lean startup approaches, design thinking, and agile methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
