We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Innovation Manager (m/f/d) at the August-Wilhelm Scheer Institut. As a key member of our Digital Incubation Lab team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovative technologies with industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to our innovation, digitalization, and strategy projects using cutting-edge methodologies such as lean startup, design thinking, and agile practices.
- Evaluate market trends, engage with key industry contacts, and establish long-lasting partnerships with renowned industrial companies.
- Lead project management and oversee the execution of industrial projects with well-known partners, ensuring successful collaboration and outcomes.
- Collaborate with our industry partners to develop and validate new business concepts, driving innovation and growth.
- Manage product, service, and business model innovations alongside our clients and partners, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Participate in our various incubation programs, such as the Unternehmergeist-Saar initiative and intrapreneurship programs, assuming a leadership role and potentially acting as a mentor to support the growth of our partners.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, but other disciplines are also welcomed.
- Possess initial professional experience in innovation, digitalization, or start-up environments, with a strong understanding of lean startup methodologies and design thinking.
- Demonstrate expertise in project management, communication, and collaboration, with a confident demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Take pleasure in driving innovation and persuading industry contacts to collaborate on new ventures, with a passion for entrepreneurship and digital transformation.
