About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) to join our team at DG timework GmbH in Magdeburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of customer claims and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with personalized support and guidance throughout the claims process.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex claims issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
