Key Responsibilities
- Business Unit Leadership
- Oversee the financial performance of business units, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Project Management
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to achieve project objectives.
- Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and revenue.
- Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, business development, or a related field.
- Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Education
