Position Overview
  • Production of Photovoltaic Modules: Engage in the manufacturing process of high-quality PV modules.
  • Equipment Management: Operate and maintain machinery essential for module fabrication.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with established quality and safety protocols.
  • Reporting: Maintain documentation and provide updates to the technical management team.
Candidate Profile
  • Technical Expertise: A background in technical fields is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Previous involvement in PV module production is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: A reliable individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to learn.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated motivation, initiative, and effective communication abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German is required, with English skills being a plus.
