Job SummaryWe are seeking four experienced Manufacturing Operators to join our team in Brandenburg an der Havel. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring automated and semi-automated equipment, ensuring high-quality production and efficient process execution.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and ensuring production continuity
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards
- Prepare and transport raw materials and semi-finished products to production areas
- Conduct quality control measurements, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and optimize processes
- Completed vocational training or equivalent, preferably with a technical background
- Previous experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in a manufacturing or technical role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn
