Customer Support Specialist

We are a leading international IT service provider for the mid-sized manufacturing industry, specializing in cloud solutions and SAP expertise. As a trusted partner, we advise SMEs on various topics, from hosting to hybrid cloud scenarios, and provide comprehensive application management services.

Our team is based in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in the Customer Support Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and electronic support, resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the pre-qualification and prioritization of tickets, focusing on user administration, AD, SAP, MS Office applications, Cisco VPN, telecommunications, and general client/server support.
  • Collaborate closely with 2nd and 3rd level support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Support projects related to technology and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, process descriptions, work aids, and manuals to enhance knowledge sharing and efficiency.
  • Participate in a globally oriented team, providing 7x24 support and contributing to a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Availability of 18-20 hours per week, with increased involvement during semester breaks (full-time possible).
  • Strong IT affinity, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest IT topics and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with a strong command of German and English languages.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, with a high level of service quality.
