Was erwartet dich?
  • Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen und optimierst bestehende Angebote, um unsere Anwenderbetreuung zukunftssicher zu gestalten
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Betreuungsteam zusammen, um neue Produkte zu entwickeln und zusätzliche Tätigkeitsfelder zu erschließen
  • Du analysierst und verbesserst die internen Abläufe und Prozesse unserer Anwenderbetreuung
  • Du implementierst ein nachhaltiges Qualitätsmanagement, das unseren hohen Ansprüchen gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern gerecht wird
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anwenderbetreuung auf Projektleitungsebene
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und Interessenten
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in Methoden und Instrumenten des Qualitätsmanagements
  • Erfahrung mit Budgetverantwortung sowie eine kommunikative, teamorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
