Functional Area: Procurement

As a Working Student at RWE Renewables Europe & Australia GmbH, you will contribute to the daily procurement activities within the Direct Procurement area for our onshore wind and solar projects in Europe & Australia. Your responsibilities will include supporting operational projects, managing service contracts, analyzing tender documents, and creating price comparisons.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support operational onshore wind and solar projects
  • Participate in tender processes in international teams
  • Manage service contracts and agreements for spare parts and materials
  • Analyze and evaluate tender documents
  • Manage work in SAP for purchase requisitions
  • Support preparation of internal and external meetings
  • Take on ad-hoc requests to support ongoing projects
  • Support the development of a lessons learned & supplier management database
  • Create management presentations
  • Implement framework agreements into the SAP system

Your Profile:

  • Ongoing studies in supply chain, project management, business administration, or engineering
  • First practical experience in an international company
  • Intercultural understanding and openness in working with different cultures
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus but not mandatory
  • Firm knowledge of Microsoft office skills
