Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Business Development Strategist. As a key member of our commercial planning team, you will be responsible for leading and embedding business planning processes, fostering collaboration and alignment across functions, and ensuring the quality of commercial forecasts.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business planning processes to drive commercial excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in commercial forecasts
- Anticipate and mitigate risks and opportunities to ensure business growth and profitability
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel managers and KAMs
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Several years of experience in business planning or a comparable field
- Sales mindset and initial sales experience
- High attention to detail and ability to handle complex issues
- High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
- Strategic vision and ability to structure and manage complex issues
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in German language
