Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

Location: Dusseldorf

Salary: €70,000 - €100,000 (up to €120,000 OTE)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our prestigious client in Düsseldorf. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the audit, tax, legal, and consulting sectors.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead and Manage Business Development Projects: Lead and manage business development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent the Firm: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in business development, ideally within the audit, advisory, tax, legal, or consulting sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong Network: Strong network within the industry and the ability to leverage contacts to drive business.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential.
