Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accounting Expert to join our team in Waiblingen, Germany. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, processing transactions, and contributing to financial closings in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions in SAP, manage dunning processes, and perform intercompany reconciliations
  • Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Independently work on initiatives to optimize and harmonize processes within the accounts receivable area
  • Serve as a point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support
  • Utilize dashboards and KPIs to continuously improve process quality and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Financial Accounting or a comparable commercial education, supplemented by several years of practical experience
  • Proven experience in operational Accounts Receivable Accounting, with a strong understanding of SAP within the FI module
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with good German language skills a strong advantage
  • Results-oriented and hands-on mentality, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization

The position is based in Waiblingen, Germany, and relocation is expected for candidates based outside of Germany. We offer support and assistance to help you settle into your new role and location.
