IT-Sourcing Manager (m/w/d)

Was Sie mitbringen
  • Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss und bringen mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einer beratenden Funktion mit.
  • Ihr fachlicher Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich IT-Sourcing und den damit verbundenen Themen. Sie sind vertraut mit Sourcing-Strategien, Ausschreibungen, Übergangsmanagement und Anbieterverwaltung.
  • Sie sind mit den aktuellen Herausforderungen des Cloud-Sourcings und hybrider IT bestens vertraut.
  • Gängige IT-Sourcing-Ausschreibungswerkzeuge und Vertragsarten sind Ihnen bekannt.
  • Häufige Projekte, an denen Sie bei Kunden arbeiten, umfassen IT-Service-Design, IT-Sourcing-Strategien, Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Begleitung von Übergängen und Anbieterverwaltung.
  • Dank Ihrer Führungskompetenz holen Sie das Beste aus Ihren (Projekt)-Teams heraus – mit Empathie und Fachwissen fördern Sie unsere Mitarbeiter:innen.
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung und begleiten Ihre Kunden als Partner über das laufende Projekt hinaus.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Energiebranche oder interessieren sich für deren Themen und Herausforderungen.
  • Sie kommunizieren souverän und eloquent, angepasst an die Zielgruppe – sowohl in Englisch als auch in Deutsch (C2-Niveau).
