Job Overview:

As an Executive Assistant to Management at ads-tec Administration GmbH, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to management and office operations, handling all administrative duties effectively.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize travel arrangements for management, both for domestic and international trips.
  • Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders in both German and English, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Documentation: Prepare meeting minutes and presentations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and well-organized.
  • Contract Management: Assist in the management of central contracts, ensuring compliance and organization.
  • Event Organization: Help coordinate events and in-house activities, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Project Participation: Take part in special projects and tasks as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role at the management level.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in German and excellent command of English.
