Sales Account Manager Biotechnologie Specialist

At Nova Biomedical, we are a leading global company in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality point-of-care testing systems for clinical diagnostics and pharmaceutical industry analysis systems.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager Biotechnologie to join our team in Germany.

This challenging role requires a high level of autonomy and responsibility. After an intensive onboarding process, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing customer relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through targeted sales efforts
  • Sell investment goods and consumables to existing and new customers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers
  • Maintain and update our CRM system
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote our products and services

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of biotechnology, particularly in the area of mammalian cell culture (Upstream Process Manufacturing)
  • Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Relevant degree in Biotechnology, Cell Biology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales of complex products
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Efficient and structured work style, high level of self-organization
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany
  • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level), good English language skills
