About Our Client


Our client, a leading international automotive lubricants company, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team in North Germany.


With their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for new team members who are up to the challenge of making our client a global leader in the industry.


The Role


This is a sales-focused role, responsible for managing and executing a hunting and farming pipeline for SAPD growth in Germany and Austria. The successful candidate will plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative/qualitative objectives to achieve.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and execute a hunting and farming pipeline for SAPD growth in Germany and Austria
  • Plan daily activities, including customer visits and quantitative/qualitative objectives to achieve
  • Prepare joint business plans for larger customer groups, comprising sales support and marketing campaigns to agree on annual financial targets
  • Use lists, publications, and given information to increase market share in the territory
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and develop commercial arguments
  • Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advise customers on the presentation of products and promotional materials, and participate in trade events
  • Follow market and competition evolution and transmit information to superiors
  • Establish periodical visit reports for superiors
  • Participate in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new products, field problems, etc.


Requirements


  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and process management in the spare parts industry with automotive aftermarket groups
  • Strong commercial attitude
  • Experience in sales and related environments
  • Strong network to existing aftermarket groups is a must
  • English at least at B2 level to facilitate negotiations with international trading groups
