Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Spearhead the development and management of the product and service offerings within the UI Group, focusing specifically on Direct Infrastructure.
- Market Analysis: Define service offerings that align with market standards while maintaining an overview of market dynamics, including economic factors, service providers, and product trends.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Head of Department and Chief Product Officer to execute a strategic approach that maximizes risk-adjusted returns.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of infrastructure products and assets, from acquisition through to divestment.
- Process Efficiency: Ensure the efficiency of operational processes, including regular reviews and maintenance cycles.
- Product Integration: Integrate offerings into the product catalogue and initiate necessary changes as required.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact within the UI Group for Direct Infrastructure, providing expert guidance.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders regarding developments in Direct Infrastructure.
- Performance Analysis: Work in conjunction with finance and controlling teams to analyze asset performance, monitor product development, and identify opportunities for value enhancement.
- Risk Management: Evaluate risk management strategies for Direct Infrastructure and assist in developing a comprehensive framework to address associated risks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage technological solutions to streamline processes, enhance performance tracking, and improve decision-making.
- Client Support: Provide support to the sales and relationship management teams in addressing product-specific inquiries from clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Direct Infrastructure investments and fund products.
- Experience in product management within the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of investment analysis is advantageous.
- A relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Finance, Business Economics, Law).
- Proficiency in business case development, operating model/process design, and investment products.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing project teams with matrixed reporting structures.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is preferred.
