About the Role

We're seeking a highly analytical and process-driven individual to join our revenue operations team. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for optimizing our sales and customer support processes to maximize efficiency and revenue growth. Your expertise will help us break down silos and create a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of customer and prospect data to inform effective decision-making.
  • Evaluate and enhance sales processes to maximize efficiency and shorten sales cycles.
  • Design and implement improvements to support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our sales and customer support workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to revenue generation and customer success.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in revenue operations, with a focus on sales and customer support.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and experience with other sales and support tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
