About the Role

We're seeking a highly analytical and process-driven individual to join our revenue operations team. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our sales and customer support processes to maximize efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of customer and prospect data to inform effective decision-making.
  • Evaluate and enhance sales processes to maximize efficiency and shorten sales cycles.
  • Design and implement improvements to the lead-to-customer journey and post-sale touchpoints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to revenue generation and retention.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to measure performance and inform process improvements.
Your Profile

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in revenue operations, sales, or customer support. You should have advanced knowledge of Salesforce and experience working in a SaaS company.
