Global Reporting Campaign Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our People Data Reporting Services team at BASF Services Europe GmbH. As a Data Reporting Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the annual preparation, execution, and review of our global personnel and social reporting campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection, integration, validation, and visualization to ensure the smooth execution of our largest reporting campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to advise on data-related matters within your area of competence.
- Develop project management skills by working on BASF's global reporting campaigns.
- Ensure high data quality through the use of state-of-the-art tools.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a similar relevant field.
- Knowledge or experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects, as well as experience with Excel and PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong self-organization, committed service mindset, self-driven, and cooperative.
- Fluent in English with verbal and written skills, German skills are a plus.
